Arrive with clean hair and avoid using heavy conditioners or styling products beforehand. If you have any known allergies or sensitivities to specific ingredients or products, please let us know so we can make sure we're using the best products for your scalp. Other than that — just show up and let us handle the rest.

Wear something comfortable and low maintenance. While we aim for a tidy experience, we recommend clothing you won't mind if a bit of product touches during your service. Come cozy. Leave glowing.

We cannot perform services on guests with extensions, braids, or sew-ins as these obstruct access to the scalp and pores. We'd love to see you between installs though — it's actually the perfect time to reset your scalp before a fresh set goes in.

Our treatments can be beneficial for various scalp conditions including psoriasis, dermatitis, and eczema — however, please make sure there are no open lesions or active flare-ups on your scalp prior to your visit. When in doubt, check with your doctor first and let us know when you book.

We get it — life happens. We do our best to accommodate, but if you're more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delaying the next guest. We'll always do our best to take care of you — just give us a heads up if you're on your way! 🫧

Since we are Bubbly Scalp Bar, we are a scalp focused facility. Some of our treatments DO include a facial, you can always add a facial to any treatment if it is not already included, or you can extend the time of a facial if it is, but you are not able to book JUST a facial here at Bubbly Scalp Bar. All of our staff members maintain full licensure in accordance with Idaho State laws and regulations. They have all gone through the same amount of hours, schooling requirements and board certified licensing processes as all other Estheticians and Cosmetologists in the state. We also pride ourselves on ongoing education and updating our knowledge with current trends and long standing traditional treatments that are proven to work.
